Florida License Plate X MAYOR Sense of Entitlement

A picture worth a thousand words! That Florida license plate says X MAYOR and that is a Handicap Parking Space. There was no handicap hang tag on the mirror of this car nor a license plate designation, as you can see. I was dropping off a blind person and the person (an ex-mayor, who wants it known) driving this car came up to my car and tapped on my window and told me he had parked there, near me, and to be careful when I pulled my car out as to not do any damage to his parked car. His illegally parked car! Is there no end to the 1 per-centers sense of entitlement...
